Project Description

FROM HOCHKRIMML TO ZELL AM ZILLER

Zillertal Arena

The Zillertal Arena is one of the largest ski regions in Austria. This ski area is located on a 20 km-long mountain ridge. This wide ridge offers about 139 kilometres of ski slopes, which are accessible by fifty-one different ski lifts. This ski area connects Zell am Ziller in the Province of Tyrol with Königsleiten and Hochkrimml in the Province of Salzburg.

Hochkrimml is about half an hour by car from Bramberg. There you can park your car at the bottom of the ski lifts and enter the ski area. The Zillertal Arena suits both beginners and advanced skiers and snowboarders. Note that you only have to pay a toll for the Gerlosstraße if you go further than Hochkrimml.

Ski Pass Ski-Arena Wildkogel and Zillertal Arena

Ski-Arena Wildkogel and the Zillertal-Arena offer a combined ski pass to be able to ski both resorts at a relatively cheap rate. In this way you can ski in the Wildkogel resort the one day and in the Zillertal Arena the other day. This is especially rewarding when the condititions are changing and to skiers who want to discover several resorts.
